Angie Tonini-Rogers is a daughter of a King first. Wife to the tall dark, handsome man she’s been with since 1997, BoyMom of 3 boys, born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a nurse leader for over 18 years, and stepping out on faith, transitioned to real estate in 2020. She’s a licensed agent in KY. She was the host of the inspiring & slightly provoking podcast, Wholly Made Life™, for Success-driven women who deserve it all, in all areas of their lives!
She believes in creating a legacy for her family, & wants the same for you. She loves real estate as a vehicle for financial freedom & long-term wealth-building strategy. She’s a real estate agent in KY & Southern IN & loves helping sellers get the highest offers on their homes, in the fastest amount of time, with the least amount of problems. Sellers deserve the most equity out of their home and she’s highly skilled & negotiates to get it! Additionally, some of her favorite clients have been first-time home buyers- nothing better than walking the journey with her clients, helping them to achieve that dream! Coordinating up sizing & downsizing is right up her alley. First time investors love learning about their options, and house hacking isn’t exactly what you’ve been taught… Angie also has a soft spot for nurses and traveling nurses, and buys houses, & places travel nurses for short-term stays as they serve her community. She loves to provide & consult with investors on learning the ins and outs of GREAT short term stays (airbnb) & loves to travel too.
